Thalles Lemos

Thalles Lemos is an experienced Analytics Engineer with a strong background in data analytics and engineering, currently working at Nubank since November 2024. Previously, Thalles held the position of Senior Analytics Engineer at Stone, where expertise in developing a credit card data pipeline using medallion architecture for over 30 data sources was demonstrated. Prior to that, Thalles contributed significantly at Loft, involved in building sales models and coordinating the design of sales and mortgage data warehousing, which supported numerous dashboards for sales teams. Earlier experience includes a Business Intelligence Internship at Affinity Petcare and roles in quality and process mapping at Propeq. Thalles holds a Master of Business Administration in Data Science & Analytics from USP/Esalq and a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
