William Corbo is an experienced Lead Researcher and Anthropologist with over 10 years in Research and Insights. Currently, they work at Nubank, focusing on Customer Service Insights since 2022. Previously, William served as a Research Manager for various clients and contributed to the Anthropology of Consumption LAB at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro. William holds a PhD and MA in Communication and has taught Anthropology at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, where they explored the intersection of Anthropology, Marketing, Design, and Strategy.
