Michael Jamros

Michael Jamros is an accomplished researcher and team leader specializing in food technology with a focus on protein chemistry and analytical chemistry. Currently serving as the Director of Ingredient Solutions at NuCicer, Michael draws on extensive experience in alternative proteins, precision fermentation, and cultivated meat from previous roles, including Director of Protein & Analytical Chemistry at Eat Just, Inc. and Scientific Director at Sublime Canna. Michael has developed innovative protein products and led multidisciplinary R&D teams, while also authoring critical analytical methods for regulatory compliance. Michael holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of California, San Diego, and a BS in Biochemistry from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
