At Nuclear Power Group we specialize in the recruitment and development of Nuclear Professionals. Our industry experts will connect with you, consult with you, and then tailor a hiring or training plan specific to your business needs.

Training and Development

We understand the demands required from Nuclear Professionals. Through a series of training and mentoring programs we ensure your staff as Nuclear Professionals place the highest importance on safety and quality and are able to demonstrate practical knowledge of why nuclear is special and unique. Staff are left with an understanding in the value of coaching, continuous improvement and how their behaviors can have a profound effect on the industry. We pair this with an effective mentoring program whereby seasoned, engaged workers with nuclear experience and strong communication skills take on mentoring duties.
