Jen Walker

Jen Walker is currently the Senior Engineering Standards Manager at Nuclear Waste Services, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, Jen worked at LLW Repository Ltd from 2016 to 2021, where they served as both Service Delivery Assistant and Service Assurance Specialist. Prior to that, they were a Relationship Manager at Capita Specialist Recruitment from 2013 to 2016, managing client relationships across the NDA estate and enhancing recruitment processes. Jen also gained valuable experience as a Resort Manager at Crystal Ski from 2010 to 2013, overseeing operational efficiencies and staff training in a hospitality environment. They hold a BA Hons in International Business and Hospitality Management from Leeds Metropolitan University, completed in 2007.
