Manish C.

Manish C. is currently the Director of the Leadership Development Program at Nucleate, where they focus on empowering aspiring leaders and fostering a growth mindset culture. They are also a co-founder of Alphunt, an AI/ML-based drug discovery platform targeting Central Nervous System diseases. Manish has a substantial background in structural biology, having worked as a Doctoral Researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Developmental Biology and as a Research Fellow at both Harvard Medical School and the Plasma Science and Fusion Center at MIT. Additionally, they hold an integrated 5-year Master's degree in Industrial Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University).
