Tyler Willis is a second-year PhD student at the University of Michigan, conducting research in the Lyssiotis lab on the metabolic interplay of cancer and immune cells in solid tumor microenvironments. Previously, Tyler served as a research assistant at Clemson University, focusing on a novel peptide delivery system for nucleic acid therapeutics targeting glioblastoma multiforme, and held a postbaccalaureate research fellowship at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they worked on enhancing cancer immunotherapies.
