Yofi Wyle is a PhD candidate at the UC Davis Center for Surgical Bioengineering, focusing on developing therapies for fetal lung regeneration. Previously, Yofi worked as a graduate student researcher at UC Santa Barbara from 2020 to 2023 and held several leadership roles at Nucleate, where Yofi served as Co-Managing Director, overseeing operations and mentoring budding biotech innovators. Yofi's experience also includes working as a venture capital fellow at EMCIFund, evaluating AI models for biomedical research at OpenAI, and conducting undergraduate research in stem cells. They earned a Master's degree in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from UC Santa Barbara and a Bachelor's degree in Cellular and Developmental Biology from UC Irvine.
