Andy Hatcher

Andy Hatcher has over 23 years of experience in commercial construction and three years in national healthcare mission-critical environments. They currently serve as the Chief Strategy Officer at Nuclei Data, where they focus on growth, partnerships, and market strategy related to mission-critical infrastructure. Previously, Andy held various leadership roles, including Project Executive and Senior Project Manager at Lighthouse Electric Company and Project Manager at Sachs Electric Company. They are pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management from Oklahoma State University.
