John Berard

John Berard is a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Nuclein, specializing in the medical device development and manufacturing industry. They have extensive experience in product and process development, equipment validation, and production ramp-up, particularly within polymer and plastics systems. John previously held engineering roles at Apollo Endosurgery, Medtronic, and Urologix, where they implemented efficient manufacturing practices and significantly reduced costs and defects. They are currently pursuing a degree in Plastics Engineering at the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
