Tal Gadish has worked in the tech industry since 2000, beginning their career as a C++ Developer for Epitera. In 2004, they joined Intel Corporation as a Web Developer and SQL Developer. Two years later, they moved to UB Access as a Developer. In 2008, they became a Web Developer and WPF Developer for PopTok, developing websites using C#, ASP.NET, MVC.NET, JavaScript, and LINQ2SQL. In 2009, they joined Secure Islands Technologies as a UI & Server Developer. In 2010, they joined IgnitAd as a Web Developer, developing websites using C# .NET, JavaScript, JSON, JQuery, and Silverlight in the advertising industry. In 2011, they became a UI Team Leader for Aspect Imaging. Finally, in 2014, they joined Nucleix Ltd. as a Software Group Manager, Software Team Leader, and Software Architect.

Tal Gadish obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Geography from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 2004 and 2008.
