Fernando Martin is an experienced professional in computer vision and machine learning, currently serving as Associate Director Instrument Software and Instrument Software Group Leader at Nuclera since June 2022. With previous roles including Lead Engineer at Bspoke Global Networks Ltd, Fernando has contributed to high-performance solutions for motorsports and has extensive freelance experience in R&D for computer vision and machine learning applications. Earlier positions include R&D Embedded Engineer at Telensa, where Fernando worked on smart city initiatives, and various roles at Cambridge Consultants focusing on multi-camera systems and machine learning algorithms. Fernando holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in Digital Signal and Image Processing from Cranfield University and a BEng/MEng in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad de Sevilla.
