Misha Lebedev

Misha Lebedev is a Senior Backend Software Engineer at Nuclera since December 2022, contributing to a bench-top microfluidics platform that employs electrowetting technology for droplet manipulation, with a focus on optimizing cell-free protein synthesis. Previously, Misha served as a Researcher at GENXT, developing an open-source bioinformatics tool for DNA matching, and worked as a Data Scientist and Software Engineer at Genestack, where Misha contributed to the Omics Data Manager product and a data visualization tool for gene expression. Misha's early experience includes roles as a Research Fellow at ITMO University, a Biostatistician at Genotek, and a Mathematician/Programmer at Alytics. Misha holds a PhD in Applied Mathematics from the Higher School of Economics, a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the National Research University of Electronic Technology (MIET).
