Mike McFadden

Mike McFadden serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Nucleus Network, overseeing global operations for a stage 1 clinical research organization based in Australia and the US. Previously, as Chief Executive Officer for the APAC region at Inspired Education Group, McFadden managed a large network of K-12 and early learning schools across multiple countries, serving over 9,000 students. In a prior role as Chief Operating Officer at Better Medical, McFadden was responsible for operational management of over 80 clinics in Australia, focusing on profitability and performance. While at GenesisCare, McFadden held multiple leadership positions, including Head of Group Transformation, where a global program delivered substantial EBITDA benefits, and General Manager for Integration in the US, facilitating the merger of two significant oncology organizations. Early career experience includes a strategy role at Woolworths Limited, contributing to a major business line initiative. Mike McFadden holds an MBA in General Management from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and an AB in Policy and International Affairs from Princeton University.
