Heidi Roberts

Heidi Roberts has over 18 years of work experience. In 2004, they started their career as an Executive Assistant at Sachs Figurelli CPAs, LLC. Here, they provided customer support and tax return assembly, and answered and screened telephone calls. In 2008, they joined FHI as the Vice President of Operations, where they provided support and backup for company Principals and coordinated all company travel and generated contracts. In 2017, they moved to Leap Orbit as the Director of People & Culture, where they led the people initiatives. Currently, they are the Head of People at Nucleus Security, where they are growing the People Operations from the ground up, including process creation/improvement, culture building, benefits administration/plan improvement, strategic planning, compensation strategy & planning, etc.

Heidi Roberts attended the University of Maryland from 1996 to 2002, where they earned a degree in Political Science and American Studies. In July 2020, they obtained a certification in Human Resource Management: HR for People Managers Specialization from the University of Minnesota.
