Jon F. has a wealth of work experience in a variety of roles. Jon began their career in 2011 as a Desktop Support Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where they resolved technical desktop, telephony, and mobility issues. In 2013, they moved to The Haskell Company as a Desktop Engineer, where they diagnosed, troubleshot, and resolved hardware, software, and other network and system problems. In 2016, they joined NCR Corporation as a Software Engineer, where they automated the release of point of sale software. In 2018, they became a Senior Support Engineer at FullStory, leveraging coding skills to build tools and automations that improve support/troubleshooting and streamline hand-offs between departments. In 2019, they moved to Hull as Head of Support & Success. In 2020, they joined Vitally.io in the same role. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Nucleus Security as VP of Customer Experience and Director of Customer Experience.

Jon F. attended the University of North Florida from 2005 to 2012 and studied Political Science - International Relations.
