Sunil Kumar is a seasoned finance and technology professional with extensive experience in the fintech sector. Currently serving as a General Partner at Nucleus Ventures since December 2024, Sunil is building a venture capital fund. Prior to this role, Sunil was the Head of Risk and Fintech Operations at Ninjacart, where significant advancements were made in credit risk assessment methodologies. Sunil also held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Karbon Cards, leading the development of the credit card product and achieving excellent credit metrics. Other notable roles include co-founding LoanMeet, focusing on small business lending, and managing credit risk at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and an M.B.A. in Finance from Xavier University.

About Us: • Amit and Sunil were cofounders of Karbon, a corporate credit card startup valued at $150M, which successfully onboarded 40% of all startups as customers. • Swati apart from being an early investor in Karbon, has played pivotal roles with various fintechs, helping them grow and scale multiple times with her sales and partnerships acumen.
