Akhil K is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources within the technology and financial services sectors. Currently serving as Lead - Human Empowerment at NucleusTeq, Akhil is responsible for product hiring for Nuodata and Fyndr since September 2024. Prior to this role, Akhil held the position of Talent Attraction Specialist at TIAA & TIAA Bank from February 2022 to September 2024, where focus was on client services and technology recruitment.
