Deepti Baghel has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Deepti currently serves as the Vice President of Technology at NucleusTeq, a position they have held since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Principal Architect/Director - Enterprise Information & Cloud Practice at NucleusTeq from February 2020 to January 2021.

Before joining NucleusTeq, Deepti served as a Senior Software Engineer at Target from February 2019 to January 2020, where they contributed to software development projects.

Deepti also has a long history with Steel Authority of India Limited, where they held several positions over the years. From July 2014 to February 2019, they worked as an Assistant General Manager, focusing on web application development and real-time data integration. Prior to that, they held the position of Junior Manager to Senior Manager from July 1995 to June 2014, where they managed various IT infrastructure and services, including mail servers, proxy servers, and authentication systems.

In 2018, Deepti had an internship opportunity with Mozilla as an Outreachy Intern. During this time, they contributed to multiple components of the Firefox Accounts Project and had several of their pull requests merged into the codebase.

Deepti also has experience as a self-employed Freelance Software Developer, specializing in full-stack development. From January 2012 to February 2018, they provided software development services for liquidmetalcorp.com, focusing on automating business operations such as pricing, inventory management, and integration with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Ebay, Newegg, and Bonanza.

Deepti Baghel has a diverse educational background in the field of technology. Deepti started their education journey in 1991 at Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering. Deepti successfully completed their BE degree in 1994.

In 2018, Deepti went on to enhance their skills in web development by completing a Nanodegree in Front-End Web Development from Udacity. Additionally, they also studied React and obtained a Nanodegree in the same year. Furthermore, they pursued a Post Graduate Certificate in Big Data Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, which they completed in 2019.

To further specialize in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Deepti pursued a Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from The University of Texas at Austin from 2020 to 2021.
