Beth Bledsoe

Beth Bledsoe serves as the President of Human Resources and Talent at Nucor Corporation, a role assumed in May 2025. Prior experience includes over a decade at MSC Industrial Supply Co., where Bledsoe held the positions of SVP, Chief People Officer, and VP, Chief People Officer, managing talent for over 7,000 associates globally. Earlier in Bledsoe's career at Ingersoll Rand Company, various roles focused on HR strategies, leadership development, and organizational change, encompassing positions such as Human Resources Business Partner and Program Manager for a global corporate MBA initiative. Bledsoe holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the College of Charleston.
