Dave Miracle

Dave Miracle is an experienced professional in environmental affairs and sustainability, currently serving as General Manager of Environmental Affairs, Director of Corporate Sustainability, and Corporate Manager of Sustainability at Nucor Corporation since August 2020. Prior to this role, Dave spent over 22 years at AK Steel Corporation, where responsibilities included managing corporate environmental and sustainability programs and leading a team of over 30 professionals across multiple facilities in North America. Key positions held at AK Steel included Corporate and General Manager of Environmental Affairs & Sustainability, Corporate Environmental Manager, and Environmental Manager at Rockport Works. Dave holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky, obtained in 1998.
