Erik Johnson

Erik Johnson is an experienced commercial director with a strong background in sales management, currently serving at Nucor Corporation since September 2016. In this role, Erik represents five Nucor sheet mills in the Texas territory and manages 40 key accounts, including major OEMs and distributors. Previous positions held at Nucor include sales manager and district sales manager, where Erik successfully managed sales across multiple states and opened numerous new accounts. Before joining Nucor, Erik was an outside sales representative at Cargill, contributing significantly to business growth by opening over 16 new accounts. Additionally, Erik has a background in financial counseling and fundraising during earlier roles at Sam Houston State University, where a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance was earned.
