Glenn Aker has extensive experience in the manufacturing and electrical fields, currently serving as Caster Continual Improvement at Nucor Corporation since March 1996. Prior to this role, Glenn worked briefly as an Electrician at Georgia-Pacific LLC, focusing on instrumentation and electrical technology. From February 1993 to February 1996, Glenn was a Maintenance Leadman at Goer Mfr., overseeing the complete maintenance of various equipment in a Store Fixture plant. Glenn's career began in the US Navy as a Sonar Technician from August 1982 to January 1993, and earlier included experience as a Variety Saw Operator at Brunswick Corporation from January 1980 to July 1982.
