Jonathan Taylor

Jonathan Taylor, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Federal Tax and Tax Accounting at Nucor Corporation, having held this role since December 2014. Tasked with leading the Tax Department, Jonathan manages all activities related to income tax accounting, reporting, and forecasting, including overseeing the preparation of quarterly and annual income tax provisions under ASC 740. Previously, at Invesco Ltd. from May 2010 to December 2014, Jonathan managed a team to ensure compliance with tax provisions and returns for a large group of legal entities, while also handling SEC and GAAP reporting. Earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Associate and Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers from September 2005 to June 2010, and as an intern at the same firm in early 2005. Jonathan holds a Master’s degree in Tax from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Winthrop University.
