Lauren Smith

Lauren Smith currently serves as a Beam Mill Rolling Mill Utility at Nucor Corporation, where responsibilities include assisting with various positions within the rolling mill, monitoring quality control in finishing, and coordinating scheduling with team members. Prior roles at Nucor Corporation included Beam Mill Scheduler and Human Resources Intern, where Lauren contributed to production scheduling and managed employee documentation. Experience also includes working as a School of Business Student Ambassador at the College of Charleston, supporting incoming students, and tutoring German.
