Michael Mink is an experienced electrical engineer specializing in power systems, currently serving as a Construction Power Engineer Supervisor at Nucor Corporation since December 2011. Prior to this role, Michael worked as a Consultant Field Engineering Technician for Rev1 Power Services, contributing to the 7H IEEC project involving an 800 MW steam-cooled gas turbine. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Field Service Technician at FuelCell Energy and as a Navy Nuclear Machinist Mate (MM1) in the US Navy. Michael holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Idaho and a Bachelor of Science degree in the same field from The University of Alabama in Huntsville, complemented by additional studies at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and the Navy Nuclear Power School.
