Formed in 2014, Nudge is a leadership development company, with a belief in keeping things simple. We design and facilitate leadership and management development programmes. We coach individuals and teams.
 
We use straightforward approaches and tools that work. Our approach is challenging, thought provoking and practical, to help people and business achieve more.  We have a track record in shifting behaviour and making that stick.
