Johanne L. has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Johanne began their career in 2003 as Packaging and Logistics Manager at SuperMaxWorld. In 2005, they became Purchasing Manager at The Athlete's Foot. Two years later, they moved to Servicios Hidroneumaticos El Aleman, S.A. DE C.V. as Senior Buyer. In 2007, they were hired as Purchasing & Import-Export Manager at Cookson Electronics. In 2014, they became Administrative & Customer Service Manager at Blue Sky Miami, INC. and Founder of Yoga Instruction & Healing for Cancer Survivors, LLC. In 2015, they were hired as Inventory Control and Operations Manager at Upaya Zen Center. Two years later, they became Holistic Health Instructor Oncology-Yoga & Meditation at Banner Health. In 2019, they were hired as Supply Chain & Procurement Manager at NuZee, Inc. and currently holds the position of Supply Chain Manager at NuFACE since 2021.

Johanne L. has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Relations and Affairs from Tecnológico de Monterrey from 1994 to 1999. Johanne completed a CCL in Yoga Therapy (RYT500) from Scottsdale Community College from 2017 to 2019. In 2017, they obtained a Certified MBSR 8 WEEK Program from UMass Chan Medical School, which focused on Stress Management and Coping Skills, Mindfulness Techniques. In 2016, Johanne completed a G.R.A.C.E. Training in Compassion-Based Interactions in the Clinician/Patient Encounter from Upaya Zen Center, which focused on Buddhist Studies, neuroscience, social psychology, ethics, and contemplative perspectives. In 2015 and 2016, they completed a BEING WITH DYING: Professional Training Program in Contemplative End-of-Life Care from Upaya Zen Center, which focused on Buddhist Studies - Compassionate Care of the Seriously Ill and Dying. Johanne also holds two certifications: a YACEP Continuing Education Provider from the Yoga Alliance in 2016 and a Certified Yoga Therapist from the INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF YOGA THERAPISTS.
