Simon Bade

Simon Bade serves as the Group Financial Controller at Nufarm, an ASX listed global crop protection and seed business, since December 2012. In this role, Simon oversees statutory financial reporting and collaborates closely with the Audit Committee, CFO, and external auditors. Previously, Simon held the position of Group Accounting and Treasury Manager, coordinating global financial reporting and treasury operations, and was instrumental in significant projects such as the acquisition of a European product portfolio valued over US$500 million and the issuance of high yield bonds. Simon also acted as the Regional Financial Controller for Europe during a transitional phase, managing regional finance teams and integrating new product portfolios and ERP systems. Prior to joining Nufarm, Simon worked at KPMG as an Assistant Manager. Simon holds a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from the Institute of Chartered Accountants and dual degrees in Accounting and Finance and Financial Mathematics from the University of Melbourne.
