Ann Smith

Ann Smith has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Ann currently holds the position of Head of Credit Control at Nuffield Health since January 2024. Prior to this, they worked at Ascential as the Head of FSS Controls & Continuous Improvement from December 2022 to February 2024, and as the Interim Head of Order to Invoice from March 2021 to December 2022.

Before joining Ascential, Ann worked at Kantar where they held various roles including Director of Order to Cash from July 2015 to August 2020. Ann also served as the Service Delivery Manager O2C at GlaxoSmithKline from April 2013 to July 2015.

Ann's earlier work experience includes roles such as Collections Manager at SunGard eProcessing Intelligence from June 2012 to April 2013, AR Transaction Manager at Brakes from October 2011 to May 2012, Senior Manager Credit Control at Colt Technology Services from November 2007 to October 2011, and National Accounts Operations Manager at Chubb Fire & Security from August 2005 to November 2007.

Furthermore, Ann has experience working as a Credit Manager at LG Electronics from 2002 to 2005 and as a Finance and Administration Manager at Sensormatic from 1990 to 2001.
