John Oram

John Oram has held a variety of positions in the field of science and technology. Starting in 2000, they were a Post-Doctoral Researcher and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of California, Los Angeles. John then moved on to become a Scientist at the San Francisco Estuary Institute in 2004. In 2009, they began Consulting Scientist at CW Analytical Laboratories. Finally, in 2014, they became President & CEO of NUG Inc., California's largest vertically-integrated Cannabis company.

John Oram completed their Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and Biochemistry from the University of Colorado Boulder in 1997. John then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1998. John completed their PhD in Engineering from the same institution in 2004.
