Olivia Pole

Olivia Pole has diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2017, they worked as a Sales Associate at Three Dog Bakery, where they focused on customer service, merchandising, and social media advertising. During this time, they also volunteered with Socialist Alternative, engaging in community initiatives and designing merchandise for events. In 2018, Olivia worked as a Dog Walker for Wag Labs Inc. Olivia then joined the University of California, Berkeley in 2019 as a Cashier Customer Service representative, providing information, selling tickets, and assisting campers and swimming students. Additionally, Olivia worked as a Historian for Berkeley Student Cooperative and a Gallery Guide for the Phoebe A. Hearst Museum of Anthropology, where they led tours and facilitated discussions on cultural exhibits. In 2020, Olivia worked as a Private Tutor for elementary school students. The following year, they took on roles at RiseBoro Community Partnership, first as a Program Assistant responsible for data organization and report analysis, and later as a Mental Health Counselor, offering resource referrals and emotional support. Olivia also worked as a Freelance Writer for Stoners Rotation in 2021. Most recently, in 2022, they joined NUG as a Salesperson.

Olivia Pole completed their high school education at Louisville High School from 2013 to 2017, earning a High School Diploma. Olivia then pursued further education at the University of California, Berkeley from 2017 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. In November 2020, Olivia obtained a certification in Group 2 Social and Behavioral Research Investigators from the CITI Program, A Division of BRANY.
