Molly Demarest

Molly Demarest currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Business Officer at Nugget since April 2021. Concurrently, Molly has been a Fractional COO and Strategy Consultant at Multithreaded LLC since February 2020, providing advisory services to early and growth-stage startups across various industries. Previous experience includes a seven-year tenure at American Underground, where roles included General Manager and Head of Ecosystem Growth and Talent. Earlier positions held at Fleet Feet, Incorporated as a Financial Analyst, and various internships in auditing and research, further shaped operational and financial expertise. Molly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Appalachian State University, completed in 2010.
