Roxana Shevack

Roxana Shevack, MS, SPHR, is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as the Director of People Operations at Nugget since March 2022. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager at Morinaga America Foods, Inc., where Roxana focused on talent management and employee engagement, and Immigration Case Manager at IBM, coordinating visa processes for new hires. Roxana's extensive experience also encompasses HR management at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and North Carolina State University, overseeing personnel actions and HR-related programs. Earlier in career, Roxana held positions in technical support and executive assistance in various organizations. Roxana holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Development from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Universidad de Monterrey.
