Gregory Caswell

Gregory Caswell has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Gregory is currently the Managing Member of Caswell Vlachos Group, LLC, a mergers and acquisition firm focused on providing effective exit outcomes for businesses in New England. Gregory co-founded and serves as a Director of Nu:ionic Technologies, a company that specializes in reinventing gas conversion using proprietary technology. Additionally, Caswell has served as a Board Member of the Maine Board of Overseers of the Bar and was the Principal of Caswell Business Consulting, LLC. Prior to these roles, they held executive positions at First Coastal Corporation/Coastal Bank, where they played a significant role in the bank's turnaround, and at First NH Banks/Bank of Ireland, where they worked on commercial loan recovery.
