Jack Reed

VP of Customer Experience at NUITEQ

Jack Reed is the current Vice President of Customer Experience at NUITEQ. Prior to their current position, Jack was a Senior Account Executive at Rosen Classroom from December 2018 to June 2019. In this role, they were responsible for defining and achieving sales targets for SaaS, print, and digital supplementary texts, as well as prospecting and developing pipelines within target areas. Jack has also consulted with C-level school district employees to develop solutions and managed sales teams within territories.

Before their time at Rosen Classroom, Jack was a Business Development Specialist at Changing Ed., Inc. from September 2016 to June 2019. In this role, they designed go-to-market sales strategies for education technology hardware, content, and software clients. Jack also identified and introduced complimentary software to hardware providers that enabled an education solution sale. In addition, they conceptualized and designed Visio flow charts and accompanying form sets for a Multi-Tiered Systems of Student Support/RTI SaaS platform. Finally, they conducted market studies and analysis for a project-based learning platform to determine market strategy for entrance into the North American market.

Jack Reed earned their BS in Business Administration from Radford University. Jack then went on to earn their Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Bowie State University. Jack later earned their Ed.S. in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. Jack is also certified by the State of Florida in Education Administration.
