Hoke Smith

Hoke Smith has over 15 years of experience in the cybersecurity field. Hoke currently serves as the Vice President of Cybersecurity at Nuix, a leading provider of investigative software. Prior to joining Nuix, Hoke spent 9 years at IBM Global Business Services, where they consulted on a variety of cybersecurity projects. Hoke also spent 6 years at Booz Allen Hamilton Inc., where they worked as an associate on various cybersecurity initiatives. Hoke began their career as a business analyst at American Management Systems, Inc. in 1997. Hoke has a proven track record of success in the cybersecurity field, and is a respected leader in the industry.

Hoke Smith graduated from William & Mary with a degree in Information Systems. Hoke then went on to study at the Moscow Institute of Advanced Studies, where they earned a certification in Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). Finally, they attended Pace Academy to complete their education in information security.

Hoke Smith reports to Stephen Stewart, Chief Technology Officer. They work with Paul Keen - Head of Technology, Jeff Wardell - Head of IT.
