Simon Lester

Simon Lester is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product design and user experience. As the Head of Product Design at Nuix since April 2023, Simon leads efforts to optimize investigative analytics and intelligence software for high-profile clients. Prior roles include Executive Creative Director at TRACK DDB, Head of UX at Class Ltd, and Head of UX & Design at FlexiGroup Limited, demonstrating a strong focus on enhancing user experiences within digital platforms. Simon's career began in 1996 at Yell and has encompassed various creative positions, including Founder and UX Strategist at Devotion. With a foundation in Technical Illustration and Graphics, education was obtained from West Glamorgan Institute of Higher Education and Mid-Warwickshire College of Further Education.
