Previously, Rian served as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Bolt, where they founded an executive search department and successfully filled multiple executive-level positions across Europe. With a strong background in recruitment spanning various sectors, Rian has demonstrated expertise in developing hiring strategies and managing diverse teams of recruiters. Rian's earlier experience includes successful placements with major tech companies while working as a Recruitment Consultant at Eden Recruitment. Rian holds a Master’s degree in Central and East European Studies from the University of Glasgow.
