Claudia Winiger

Claudia Winiger has extensive work experience in HR and organizational development. Claudia'smost recent position was as a Sr. HR Consultant ad Interim at Numarics, starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an HRM ad Interim at Claudia Winiger GmbH, focusing on transformation projects in organizational and personnel development.

From 2020 to 2021, Claudia was a Human Resources Business Partner Consultant at uniqFEED AG, supporting the scaling of the organization and implementing communication strategies. Claudia also contributed to talent management and people development initiatives.

Before that, Claudia worked as an HR Specialist and HR Project Manager at Meritor from 2017 to 2020. In this role, they provided HR support and guidance to employees and supervisors, managing various HR processes such as recruitment, personnel planning, and development. Claudia also ensured compliance with corporate guidelines and country-specific regulations.

From 2013 to 2017, Claudia served as an HR Supervisor at Ascom Holding AG, overseeing HR operations for multiple business units and locations. This included managing payroll, recruitment, and HR processes from planning to exit.

Prior to that, they were an HR Manager ad-interim at Lehner AG Maschinenfabrik from 2012 to 2013, leading the entire HR department and overseeing payroll responsibilities.

Claudia took a two-year maternity leave from 2010 to 2012.

Earlier in their career, Claudia worked as an HR Business Partner ad-interim at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, supporting the management of a business unit during a transformation phase and participating in HR projects.

Claudia also gained experience as an HR Manager and Executive Assistant at PGMM Schweiz AG from 2006 to 2008, where they independently managed the HR department and implemented HR projects.

Claudia's career began in 2005 as an Executive Assistant at Cisco, where they supported the IBSG European & Emerging Markets team.
