Alison McDillon

Alison McDillon currently serves as a Chemistry Teacher at Brownsburg Community School Corporation since August 2018, collaborating with a Professional Learning Community on student assessments and redesigning curricula to enhance scientific literacy. Additionally, Alison is the owner of The Chemistry Particle, which provides science resources to educators globally, while also contributing as a content writer for multiple organizations including WRITING ASSISTANCE, Inc. and Numerade. Previous experience includes roles as Advanced Science Teacher at Pioneer Jr-Sr High School and Chemistry Substitute Teacher at Seeger High School, alongside a background in quality control and administrative tasks. Education includes ongoing pursuit of a Master of Science in Chemistry and a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction, with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Technology.
