Dan Spier

Dan Spier has worked in the financial industry since 2002. Dan began their career as an Associate at Morgan Stanley. In 2004, they moved to Standard Pacific Capital as a Partner. In 2017, they joined Aperio Group, LLC as Head of Portfolio Trading. Most recently, in 2021, they became COO at Numerai.

Dan Spier's education history includes a degree in Business Economics with a minor in Russian from UC Santa Barbara and a Python for Data Science certification from General Assembly. Additionally, they have obtained certificates in R Programming from Coursera Course Certificates in September 2016, and they hold Series 63 and Series 7 certifications.
