Michael Oliver

Michael Oliver has worked in the scientific field since 2006. Michael began their career as a Graduate Student Researcher at UC Berkeley, followed by a Postdoctoral Researcher position. In 2017, they joined the Allen Institute for Brain Science as a Scientist. In 2020, they took on the roles of Chief Scientist, Minister of Research, and Data Scientist at Numerai.

Michael Oliver received their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computational Neurosceince from the University of California, Berkeley in 2014. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Cognitive Science & Molecular and Cell Biology from the same university in 2004.
