Benjamin Petrin

Benjamin Petrin has a diverse work experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Benjamin served as the Director of Engineering at Numerated, a company specializing in real-time commerce platforms for banks, where they were responsible for driving growth through digitizing bank credit policies and automating marketing. Prior to that, Benjamin worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Dyn, where they contributed to their DNS server and contributed to open source projects. Benjamin also co-founded and worked as the lead developer at Trendslide, focusing on software development. Benjamin gained further experience as a software engineer at Brightcove, Dynamic Network Services, Inc., Solstice Technologies, LLC, and HomeSeer Technologies LLC. Benjamin also had internships at Dynamic Network Services, Inc. and TYBRIN Corporation, where they gained valuable experience in software engineering. Throughout their career, they have worked with various technologies including C, Python, and LAMP-stack web apps. Benjamin holds a degree in Network Operations from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Benjamin Petrin obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. Benjamin also holds a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster, which they obtained from the Scrum Alliance in September 2013.
