Alethea (Ally) Le has extensive experience in logistics and operations management, having held various roles at notable companies. At XPO Logistics, Ally served as a Lean Coordinator and Order Management Supervisor, where standard work instructions were developed, and a culture of continuous improvement was established. Ally also implemented a Crisis Management Program as a Project Associate, enhancing business continuity across 54 North American sites. At Flexport, Ally progressed from Global Network Operations Solutions Associate to Senior Network Operations Associate, successfully coordinating the movement of over 150 shipments daily while managing a team of 31. Currently, Ally works as an Executive Assistant at Numerator, supporting executive leadership and various organizational functions. Alethea holds a Bachelor of Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University.
