Alla Rozenberg

Alla Rozenberg, MBA, currently serves as a Customer Success Director at Numerator since March 2022, and is a member of the Customer Success Collective, an organization dedicated to promoting alignment around customer success for business growth. As a Founding Partner of SHAR GROUP LLC since November 2017, Alla has successfully built and expanded an eCommerce business while implementing adaptive strategies. Previous roles include serving as a Project Consultant at Customer Experience Solutions LLC in 2019, and holding various senior positions in enterprise solutions and market research at Toluna and Confirmit, where strategic leadership resulted in significant revenue growth and client retention. Alla's early career included a Director position at The NPD Group, excelling in account management and client development, and a role at the American Stock Exchange, enhancing operational efficiencies through automation. Alla holds an MBA in Marketing and Management from Hofstra University and a BA in Multidisciplinary Studies from Stony Brook University.
