Allison Rivera

Allison Rivera is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Advisor at Numerator since August 2021, after progressing through roles as Associate Talent Acquisition Advisor and Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Prior to Numerator, Allison held the position of Community Associate at WeWork, focusing on member experience, operations, and sales, where responsibilities included planning events and fostering a supportive community. Earlier experience as a College Adviser with College Advising Corps involved guiding underrepresented high school students in their post-secondary paths. Allison holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Spanish from the University of Michigan, earned in 2017.
