Arren Yoshimura

Arren Yoshimura has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They currently hold the position of Head of Business Operations at Numerator. Prior to this, they served as the Chief of Staff to the CEO at Numerator.

Before joining Numerator, Arren worked at Ankura as a Senior Director, where they led a ServiceNow workstream as part of a global shared service transformation. They were responsible for gathering requirements, designing functionality, documenting integration requirements, collaborating with developers, and unit testing services to support the initiative. Additionally, they led the efficient distribution of $750 million of Coronavirus Relief Funding and accurately reported on $2.2 billion of Coronavirus Relief Funding.

Arren also gained valuable experience at BTS, where they held the roles of Senior Consultant and Consultant. In these positions, they developed sustainable client partnerships, designed and delivered global sales transformation, and facilitated programs aimed at aligning company leaders to the enterprise strategy.

Earlier in their career, Arren worked at Brownson, Rehmus & Foxworth as an Analyst, where they developed and managed performance reporting processes, integrated software packages, and streamlined internal processes. They also worked at LaSalle Futures Group as a Commodity Futures and Options Broker, analyzing commodity markets and utilizing sales techniques. Additionally, they gained experience as an Intern at Giant 5 Funds/The Willis Group, handling administrative duties and engaging in various ad hoc projects.

Arren Yoshimura holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Michigan. Arren then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, specializing in Management & Strategy, Managerial Analytics, and Management & Organizations. Additionally, Arren Yoshimura has obtained various certifications, including Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) from Prosci, Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance, and Certified Financial Planner from CFP Board.
