Clara Racette

Clara Racette is a seasoned professional in food science and consumer research, currently serving as a Senior Research Consultant and Survey Research Manager at Numerator since July 2022, where responsibilities include the design and execution of data-driven consumer research projects. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Food Technologist at Plantible Foods, focusing on plant-based solutions, and as a Food Technologist at Sensory Service Center, emphasizing sensory evaluation and consumer research methods. Clara's earlier positions include research internships and technical roles in the dairy industry, including at Tillamook County Creamery Association and Oregon State University, where a strong foundation in food safety, product development, and technical cheese production was established. Clara holds a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor's degree from Oregon State University.
