Erin B. currently serves as the Senior Manager of People Development & Experience at Numerator, a position attained in 2024 after previously being promoted to Manager in 2021. Erin leads the Global People Development & Experience team, focusing on strategic alignment with business goals and enhancing employee engagement. Prior roles at Numerator include Employee Experience Consultant and Employee Experience Coordinator, where Erin optimized the employee experience and managed various programs. Before joining Numerator, Erin held positions at 360pi as an HR/Finance Administrator, Boogity Dog Walking as a Manager, and completed an HR internship at Equine Canada. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Algonquin College and a Bachelor of Arts in Law from Carleton University.
